Items with original tags attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on an qylaras.com Gift Card or merchandise exchange. Purchases made between November 3 and December 24, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this period is eligible for return through January 11, 2026 or within 30 days, whichever is longer.
qylaras.com reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be returned to customers. A pattern of atypical or excessive returns may lead to purchase or return restrictions in our stores or online.
NOTE: Gift Cards may not be returned. All intimates and tights are final sale, excluding bodysuits. Returns of merchandise purchased with both a gift card and another payment method, will be refunded to the gift card first, until the gift card balance is fully refunded, then any remaining refund amount will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or cash) used for the purchase. Items purchased with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex will be reimbursed to the original prepaid credit card. Please retain any prepaid credit card used for payment, even if the balance is fully depleted, to ensure correct return reimbursement if required.

Return By Mail
We offer easy returns via USPS for a flat rate of $7.95.
- Start a Return by looking up your order using the email address and zipcode used to place the order.
- Next to each eligible item, you’ll see a blue link that says “X days left for return.” Click this link and follow the prompts to continue or add more items.
Download the single-use return label, and follow the instructions for shipping your item(s) back. If you plan to send back items from multiple orders, please process the online return for all orders and print all return labels. If the items will be shipped in a single package, please affix one label to the outside of the package and place any additional labels inside the package for easier identification of your return.
- Once your return is received, the estimated timing to receive your refund is 15-20 business days. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Items purchased with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex will be reimbursed to the original prepaid credit card. Q: I received a message that my return is pending approval. What does this mean?
A: When returning an item that is damaged or defective, we may reach out for more information before approving a return. Please watch for an email with questions or updates.
Q: I want to request a return, but can’t print my shipping label right now. What should I do?
A: When you request a return and we generate a shipping label, the label will be emailed to you, so you can download and/or print at your convenience.
Q: Where can I find my order number?
A: If you made a purchase online, you can find your order number on your order confirmation email.
Q: Do I get my Shop Cash back if I make a return?
A: If you are returning an item that you paid for using Shop Cash, the Shop Cash is returned to your balance. However, expired Shop Cash is not returned and may lead to a negative Shop Cash balance if associated with a refunded order. To view your balance and details, sign in to the Shop app. Any questions regarding the usage of Shop Cash should be directed to the Shop App customer support team link found in your Shop app.
